So far I can think of the following meanings (in order of the most likely to the least, imho):
1) E&E marking the end of the original V engine by using RAGE engine
2) E&E being a disaster and getting negative reviews, much like the Trilogy
3) A hint on the "next iteration of the series" upon the launch of E&E
4) Caligula's Palace as part of the "expanded" part of the game, whatever that may be, and possibly including Venturas as a whole, which would be awesome but I just don't feel it.
The main theme here is that "Caesar" was betrayed and what is to follow is the result of the work of the conspirators, maybe?

Did Preacher meant old fans (who wouldn't get singleplayer stuff, which will be ignored in favor of GTAO) or he meant Sam Houser (which would be ousted due to conspiracy of his subordinates)? On your place, I would roll back to older files, since there could be some clues, which we didn't found earlier |

Well, the scene shown in the viddle is essentially the last few moments before a HUGE regime change which shook up Rome. The soothsayer provides the cryptic warning to Caesar. Perhaps P is the soothsayer and he's telling us there's going to be a regime change mid March, OR something big enough to shake up the community (Rome).
I thought someone posted something about dethroning GTA5 (edit, it was Praetor!).
Perhaps! With the recent confirmation of development of the next GTA, maybe V's days are extremely limited. Ceasar rules for less than one year - maybe we are less than a year out from release? (Lol but seriously 🤞)
OR maybe we can expect the resignation/retirement of someone high on the R* or T2 hog. Assuming one gave proper 2 week notice, if Gonnae has an in at one of these companies he may have heard rumblings or processed the paperwork himself 😏

As far as I can tell the position of Vice President hasn't existed on the development side(only marketing) at Rockstar. |
